Perfume is the breath of flowers, the sweetest expression of their inmost being, and an exhalation of their very life. It is a sign of perfect purity, health and vigor. It is a symptom of full and joyous existence.

There is story in the Bible about a woman who took her very precious perfume and poured it on the feet of Jesus while He was sitting at a table talking. His disciples were there and were amazed at what they thought was a waste. They talked about how many poor people could have benefited from the sale of that perfume. We all know that nothing is wasted when it comes to giving it to Jesus.  We also know that this perfume was not a knockoff or imitation. It was expensive.

Is there any wonder that the cost of a designer fragrance is not cheap? In most cases, it takes many years for the wood of certain trees to be worthy of use in the making of a fragrance. The designers pay dearly for the items that have been nourished over time to be used in their fragrance design.

We all, whether male or female, have concerns about our identity and the images we project. Since the desires of no two people are the same, the fragrance designers have to take this into account when designing their perfumes and colognes as well as fashions. The different cultures also have to be considered. The designers have to see, smell and feel the fragrance even before it is developed. This is not an easy task.

The designer-fragrance market today has a perfume or cologne for every type. If you are a conservative, the fragrance for you is available. If you are more on the worldly side, the fragrance for you is available. 

Alien by Thierry Mugler is a spectacular feminine scent for women. Yes, it makes you feel out of this world. For the men, there is an eternal favorite, Eternity Cologne by Calvin Kline. Both of these fragrances can be classified as refreshing. Go ahead and feel good about yourself. Your friends and relatives will take pleasure in following your scent.
