Sales Tax Information
State laws require that we charge
applicable sales tax on orders shipped to
addresses in the state of Massachusetts only. All orders outside of
Massachusetts
will not be charged.
Standard Ground (USA)
All
U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, or the most economical service available.
Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days depending upon your location.
Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your
order.
Gift Wrapping
It truly is the little things
that count. And once you find the perfect gift, we'll
make
sure every little thing is just right. Our signature white gift box comes
tied with a grosgrain ribbon and red tissue paper inside. Optional gift box is
available for $2.95 per gift.
Return
Policy
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus
shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to
return a product from your
order
simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its
original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within your order it will be
deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.
Please note, we do not
accept
returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please
make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered,
unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
Cancellations
In
order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our
systems are automated and
therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they
are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history
section then you may cancel your order.
